They include important sales and product information and by using our website and/or placing an order you accept these terms and conditions in full.

In order to access your account, order pages and our services you will be asked to select a user name and password.
You are responsible for ensuring the proper use of your username, password and account, for restricting access to your computer and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Please tell us immediately if you believe that an unauthorised person knows your username or password or has access to your account. Please keep your details up to date using the Edit functions in the Account page

If we believe it will be of use to our users, we may provide links to other websites or resources for you to access at your sole discretion. You may choose to enter the linked website at your own risk, and we cannot be held responsible for the contents or the reliability of third party sites. Access to certain areas of our website is restricted. We reserve the right to restrict access to other areas of our website, or indeed our whole website, at our discretion.

Price and availability
The price of the goods is shown on the relevant page detailing the goods once you are logged in. If we know an item is out of stock at the time of ordering you will be informed during the selection process. If an item is shown on the site as in stock and is subsequently found not to be, you will be informed as soon as is practical. If you select an item which is out of stock, payment will be taken for that item at the time of ordering and the item placed on back order for you.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Purchase of products
We will send you an Order Acknowledgement email confirming that your order has been received.
We will then send you an Order Despatch email which constitutes our acceptance of your order and will detail any items which are not available for despatch. Please note that all orders are verified by weight prior to despatch whether an order has been fulfilled or partially fulfilled.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
a. Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
b. The identification of a pricing or product description error.
c. You are not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.
We accept payment by credit and debit card only and use the World Pay system, a well recognised payment processing system. World Pay take secure payments from you direct and so we do not store or have access to your credit or debit card details. Payments are taken through “World Pay” who are a payment service provider. They are the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland. World Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is World Pay’s utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.
World Pay uses a range of secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the World Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.
Return your unwanted items within 28 days, from the date you received the item(s), for a full refund via the original payment method. In the unlikely event that the item is damaged or you have any issue with that is not your fault please contact us.
Simply complete the returns note included on the dispatch note
Repackage your items (including the returns note provided) and attach the prepaid label included on your delivery note. Take your unwanted items to the local Post Office for free tracked returns. Ensure that you obtain and keep your proof of postage receipt for proof of returns as refunds cannot be processed until the item(s) are received to our return address.
Once we receive your returns we will refund you via your original payment method. Refunds are currently taking from 5-7 days from receiving your returns. Please note we have to quarantine your returns for 72hrs before handling following Covid 19 guidelines.
If you return your unwanted item(s) by post after the 28 day period, we reserve the right not to offer you a refund and instead will issue you a credit note for the value of the item(s).
Individual items, purchased as part of a package deal, cannot be separately refunded within our returns policy. Individual items can be separately exchanged within our returns policy (see above).

Delivery costs are shown separately to the price and are confirmed and added to the total cost of the order if applicable when we accept your order.
Goods will normally be despatched within 24 hours of receiving your order please note that this may rise to 48 hours during the busy back to school period. You will be notified as soon as is practical if we cannot despatch the goods within this time frame. Please make sure that you complete the checkout form fully, to allow us to deliver the goods to you. If you order more than one item, we may make delivery by instalments if an item is out of stock. If you give special instructions for a parcel to be left in an insecure place, please note this is at your own risk. As soon as you have accepted delivery of the goods, you will be responsible for them including any damage that may occur to them.

We will try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time of entering onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up-to-date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the point of ordering.
Cancelling your order
Your right to cancel
If you are unhappy with all or any of the goods received, you can return any of them to us in accordance with our returns procedure. Please note that your right to return products does NOT apply to products which fall into the following categories (unless they are faulty).
– Goods made or supplied correctly to a special order, including items personalised with pupil’s initial or name
– Socks and tights removed from packaging
– Swimwear and mouth-guards
– Shirts and blouses
Our right to cancel
If you have paid for items for collection from us, and have not collected within 4 weeks of notification we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any monies paid.
Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
